The essential course for anyone using digital data to make meaningful business and intelligence assessments.

The 21st century business landscape is all about speed, networks and the ability to understand complexity. It is is results oriented, built upon benchmarking, setting goals and data-driven problem solving. Industry sectors as diverse as weather forecasting to politics have realised the business benefits of using data to predict future trends and inform business decisions.

Of the companies that draw in more than $1 billion in revenue, data analysis initiatives and skills were rated as essential for business growth, but the skills needed to analyse all of those data are in short supply.

International organisations today demand that digital professionals have a firm understanding on the basics of data analysis, not a slight understanding of different areas. In today’s business climate, digital professionals are expected to have fluency in data and analytics. This proficiency can be demonstrated in many ways, such as statistical tools, metrics, data analysis or market research insights. Professionals with experience in Google Analytics, email marketing and website testing tools rank higher when it comes to bringing value to their organisation.

The need for professionals that understand how to use data to drive business decisions is growing, not fading.

It has never been easier for businesses to access great volumes of valuable, detailed data – and never harder to digest it.
